Beach, Iberostar Tucan - Playacar MexicoDo you ever have “that should be me” moments? Someone at your work gets a nice, big, undeserved promotion. You find out that an old friend just got back from jet-setting all over the planet. Or a friend gets engaged to someone that she’d been dating for a few months, with a nice, fat rock. I do, and I’ve had the majority of them happen to me over the past year. It makes you think... what if? What if I had decided to go to med school instead, would I be jealous of my friends just now graduating? What if I was still dating "him", would I be jealous of my other friends that have now settled down? I guess the question I should ask myself during these brief moments should be... would I have it any other way?
... Or- just tell myself to get over it and realize that the grass isn't always greener.
i was pissed for a while cause all my friends were married and got kids. I'm over here getting a divorce. Now i realized that i'm happeir than most of em. I guess you just gotta ask yourself.. are you happy with where you are at? If not.. go after what you want and deserve. xoxo
